Books

The list

Books are the foundation.

B&F Publishing develops every property from the written work outward. A book must first succeed as a book: compelling characters, emotional consequence, scene-level momentum, a distinctive voice, and a reader experience strong enough to stand on its own.

Our catalog is intentionally selective. We are building a list of immersive, character-driven fiction rather than pursuing volume for its own sake. Each title is developed with professional editorial standards, format consistency, metadata discipline, distribution strategy, and long-term rights stewardship.

Where a story naturally contains the visual and dramatic architecture for adaptation, B&F preserves that potential rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Sextduction: A Miami Love Story

By Rod K

A contemporary Miami romance about attraction, ambition, vulnerability, friendship, trust, and the complicated decisions people make when desire collides with the life they thought they were building.

The book introduces Dean Harrington and the four women whose stories become increasingly central to the emotional world around him: Lexi Donovan, Jeni Whitmore, Sophie Devereaux, and Tiffany Kirkland. Their individual voices, ambitions, insecurities, and evolving relationships give the novel its ensemble structure.

Available in ebook, paperback, hardcover, and audiobook. Audiobook narrated by Rod K. The book was published on October 24, 2025. The audiobook was published on September 1, 2026. Sextduction: A Miami Love Story is Book One of the planned Sextduction trilogy.

What Belongs on the B&F List

B&F is drawn to fiction that gives readers more than a premise. We look for stories with people worth following, worlds worth entering, and scenes that change something.

  • Character-driven fiction with clear emotional stakes.
  • Romance and adult fiction with agency, consequence, and complexity.
  • Immersive settings that function as more than background.
  • Strong dialogue and scene construction.
  • Narrative momentum that can sustain long-form reading.
  • Stories with visual clarity and adaptation potential when that potential is genuinely present.
  • Authors interested in developing both craft and intellectual property over time.

Books, Audio, and the Screen

B&F does not publish a novel simply because it can be converted into a screenplay. The book must work first. But we do believe that authors with cinematic instincts should have a publishing partner that understands the difference between prose and screen language.

A novel can enter a character’s thoughts, compress time, explain memory, and build intimacy through narration. A screenplay must translate those internal experiences into action, image, behavior, silence, dialogue, rhythm, and structure. B&F’s editorial and production model is being built to understand both.
